By using 0x0, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app. 0x0を使用することで、本規約に同意したものとみなされます。同意しない場合は、アプリの使用を中止してください。
0x0 is a peer-to-peer messaging protocol and application. Messages are transmitted directly between devices. We do not operate servers that store or relay message content. 0x0はP2P（ピアツーピア）メッセージングプロトコルおよびアプリケーションです。メッセージはデバイス間で直接送受信されます。メッセージ内容を保存・中継するサーバーは運営していません。
You are solely responsible for how you use 0x0. You agree not to use 0x0 to: 0x0の使用方法についてはユーザー自身が全責任を負います。以下の目的での使用を禁止します：
— harass, threaten, or harm others — 他者への嫌がらせ、脅迫、または危害を加える行為
— distribute illegal content or facilitate illegal activity — 違法なコンテンツの配布または違法行為の助長
— send unsolicited messages (spam) — 迷惑メッセージ（スパム）の送信
— impersonate others in a misleading or harmful way — 他者へのなりすまし
— violate the laws of your jurisdiction — 居住地域の法令に違反する行為
Because 0x0 is peer-to-peer with no central server, we have no technical ability to monitor, access, or moderate messages exchanged between users. You use the app at your own discretion. 0x0はP2P設計のため中央サーバーが存在せず、ユーザー間でやり取りされるメッセージを監視・閲覧・モデレートする技術的手段を持ちません。アプリの使用は自己の判断と責任で行ってください。
0x0 is provided "as is" without any warranty, express or implied. We do not guarantee uptime, message delivery, or fitness for any particular purpose. 0x0は「現状のまま」提供され、明示・黙示を問わず一切の保証を行いません。稼働率、メッセージ到達性、特定目的への適合性を保証するものではありません。
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the 0x0 team is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app. 法令で認められる最大限の範囲において、0x0チームはアプリの使用に起因する直接的・間接的・付随的・結果的損害について一切の責任を負いません。
We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of 0x0 after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms. 本規約はいつでも更新される場合があります。変更後もアプリを継続して使用することで、新しい規約に同意したものとみなされます。
